How It Works
Any battery suspected of being faulty must be recharged by the shop for 12 hours so that proper testing can be done by staff.
Battery will be replaced if it is leaking electrolyte at lid/case seal, emits bad odors(like rotten egg), has severe gassing or has any factory/material defects, or battery voltage drops below 9.0v within 10 seconds of load test.

Batteries will not be replaced if vehicle is fitted with ANY aftermarket (non-factory) electronics (sound systems, lights etc.)

Battery will not be replaced if the wrong battery is purchased. Store staff will always refer to vehicle make, model and engine size to determine the correct battery for you vehicle.

Batteries will not be replaced if there is signs of any physical, mechanical or accident damage.

Batteries will not be replaced if it was incorrectly under or overcharged.
​
Batteries will not be replaced if it does not accept charge.
​
Batteries will not be replaced if the warranty period has expired.
